Once your order has been processed, it is entrusted to our reliable delivery partners. From this point onward, the package’s journey is beyond our direct control, but rest assured — we only work with trusted carriers. You will receive an email with your tracking details once we have shipped your order, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship your package within 7 days, although this may vary depending on our current workload.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed as soon as possible

Express Shipping

Cold Shipping (Spain, Portugal, France Only)
Express Cold Shipping with One Thermal Medical Container (EU): 3–4 days – €99.98

Pre-mixed Pens
For all pre-mixed pens, we ship exclusively via Cold Shipping to Spain, Portugal, and France.
Transit time: 2–3 days (€49.99).
No ice packs are used, as all parcels travel in a fully temperature-controlled van.
To maintain optimal product stability, Cold Shipping dispatches take place Monday–Thursday only.
Vials & Nasal Sprays
For standard vials and nasal sprays, you may choose either normal or express shipping. These products do not require thermal containers, as they are not pre-mixed.

To maintain transparency and protect against fraudulent claims, every order is fully documented, weighed, and photographed prior to dispatch.
