Shipping Process

Once your order is processed, we entrust your package to our reliable carriers for delivery. While we carefully track the shipping progress on our end, it’s important to understand that once the package departs from our warehouse, its journey is beyond our direct control. We always use trusted shipping methods, and you can easily track your order every step of the way. Our couriers will send you an email with tracking information, allowing you to stay informed about your order’s status.

Shipping Times

We aim to process and ship your package within 7 days, although this may vary depending on our current workload.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed as soon as possible

Shipping Options for European Countries:

Flat Rate European Union: 10 – 14 days 19.99 €

Express Shipping European Union: 3 – 4 days 49.99 €

Only Spain Portugal and France. 

Express Cold Shipping  with One Thermal Medical Container European Union: 3 – 4 days 99,98 € (Maximum 8 cartridges per thermal flask)

Cold Shipping No Thermal Flask –Spain ,Portugal and France 49,99

For shipments containing pre-mixed pens

To maintain optimal conditions, we only ship  COLD SHIPPING packages on Mondays – Thursdays 

We Only ship via Cold Shipping to SPAIN, PORTUGAL AND FRANCE 2-3 days 49,99€ 

For normal vials and nasal sprays, you can choose either normal or express shipping. These products are not shipped in thermal containers, as they are not pre-mixed
