Our couriers will send you an email with tracking information, allowing you to stay informed about your order’s status.
Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship your package within 7 days, although this may vary depending on our current workload.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed as soon as possible

Flat Rate European Union: 10 – 14 days 19.99 €
Express Shipping European Union: 3 – 4 days 49.99 €
Only Spain Portugal and France.
Express Cold Shipping with One Thermal Medical Container European Union: 3 – 4 days 99,98 € (Maximum 8 cartridges per thermal flask)
Cold Shipping No Thermal Flask –Spain ,Portugal and France 49,99

To maintain optimal conditions, we only ship COLD SHIPPING packages on Mondays – Thursdays
We Only ship via Cold Shipping to SPAIN, PORTUGAL AND FRANCE 2-3 days 49,99€
For normal vials and nasal sprays, you can choose either normal or express shipping. These products are not shipped in thermal containers, as they are not pre-mixed
