All orders are carefully inspected, photographed, and triple-checked before shipping, making it highly unlikely that any issues will occur with your order. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we will review the situation individually and work with you to resolve the matter as effectively as possible.

Refunds

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Given the specialized nature of our products, we strongly recommend that you verify your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure that the correct items have been selected.

If an issue arises with the product you received, we will evaluate the situation and issue a refund at Research Peptides Europe’s discretion, based on the circumstances and the return of the affected item.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@researchpeptideseurope.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items (Consumables Only)

While peptide vials are sealed and prepared with care and are highly unlikely to be faulty, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective consumable item such as a peptide pen or sharps bin, please contact us immediately. To expedite the process, we kindly ask that you provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging.
  • A video showing the unboxing of the parcel.

This documentation will help us assess the issue efficiently and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.

Missing Items

In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please notify us immediately. We will verify the issue and promptly dispatch the missing item. As every order is thoroughly checked and documented before shipment, the occurrence of missing items is exceedingly rare.
