MOTS-c 10mg has been demonstrated to regulate nuclear gene expression, fat metabolism, and glucose uptake. Studies have also shown that it enhances insulin sensitivity, promotes the differentiation of bone marrow stem cells, and combats diet-induced insulin resistance. Unlike other endogenous peptides like DSIP, MOTS-c cannot cross the blood-brain barrier. However, preclinical studies have shown it can reduce inflammation-related memory issues.
