Research Peptides Europe (“researchpeptides-europe.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing a transparent shipping and returns process. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains shipping options, estimated delivery times, customs, insurance, and how we handle damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Payment Policy & Correspondence

Payments are not processed directly on the website. After placing an order or inquiry, customers must contact us via WhatsApp to receive a unique, secure, order-specific payment link. All order-related correspondence (payment link, shipping updates, claims, RMA instructions) should be done either via WhatsApp or by email to info@researchpeptides-europe.com. Using these channels enables secure handling and tracking of communication.

Shipping Options & Estimates

Standard (Flat-Rate) Shipping: Typically 3–11 business days within Europe and 7–25 business days internationally. Express Shipping: Typically 1–5 business days within Europe and 2–7 business days internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier workload, or other external factors.

Cold Chain / Ice Shipping

Temperature-sensitive products (e.g., certain peptides) may be shipped using Ice Shipping (cold-chain). This maintains product stability in transit and may incur an additional fee. Customers will be advised at checkout or via communications if Ice Shipping is recommended or required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand processing may take longer; customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email that includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. For DHL Packstation or similar services, ensure required numbers (Post Number, Packstation number, etc.) are provided to avoid delivery failure.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, and local taxes which are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure ordered products are lawful to import into their country. We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, or refusals caused by local import restrictions or regulatory requirements.

Regional Exceptions for Flat-Rate Shipments

Due to unreliable local postal services, Research Peptides Europe cannot be held responsible for delivery errors, delays, or losses associated with flat-rate shipments to the following regions: Romania, Russia, Belarus. These exceptions apply only to flat-rate shipments. Express shipments remain covered under our standard insurance, refund, and reshipment procedures. This list may be updated periodically.

Package Insurance & Claims

All orders are automatically covered by transit insurance at no additional cost. This insurance covers loss, damage, or non-delivery while the shipment is in transit. If your order has not arrived within:
  • 30 days for Standard shipping, or
  • 14 days for Express shipping,
you may request a free reshipment or refund subject to verification.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods

Due to the biochemical nature of our products, all sales are final and products are non-returnable except in the following limited circumstances:
  1. The product arrived damaged or defective, or
  2. We shipped an incorrect product (an item materially different from what you ordered).
If any of the above apply, contact us immediately (see Claims & Verification Process). After verification we will, at our discretion, issue a replacement shipment or a refund.

Claims & Verification Process

To initiate a claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
  1. Contact us via WhatsApp and/or email info@researchpeptides-europe.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence showing the packaging and the product.
  3. We will review and may request additional information (photos, tracking details, or a short video).
  4. Upon verification we will either (a) arrange a replacement shipment, or (b) issue a refund to the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

Non-eligible Claims & Exceptions

Claims will not be accepted in the following situations:
  • Carrier tracking marks the shipment as “Delivered.” Once carrier tracking confirms delivery we will presume successful delivery unless convincing proof of non-delivery is provided.
  • Customs seizure, import refusal, or local regulatory action — these are the buyer’s responsibility and are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind, buyer error, or products used/altered after delivery.

How to Return (RMA) — Instructions

If a return is approved after verification:
  1. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the return address and instructions via WhatsApp and email.
  2. Do not ship items back until you have an RMA number and instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
  3. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Final Sale / No-Return Notice

Except for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. By purchasing, you acknowledge that products are supplied for in vitro research use only and agree to our no-return policy.
